Why should I hire an event planner for my corporate event?

In short, hiring an event planner is the only way to guarantee the success of your event. Hiring a planning team means you can keep your team members focused on what matters while we do the rest.

How far in advance should we begin planning?

On average, large corporate event planning experiences begin 6-8 months before event day. However, with our expert team on board, we are happy to discuss shorter (or longer) planning times.

Where do you plan events? Are you available for travel?

We are based in North Carolina, but we love to travel and are available to bring your corporate event to life nationwide. 

Is there a minimum budget that you require?

You can expect to spend a minimum of $300-500 per guest for your upcoming event. This is all inclusive of event planning, venues, vendors, details, etc. Marketing, speakers and additional PR are not included in this budget.
